I have been keeping blogs currently for almost a year now under different categories such as traveling and start up business ideas. Until now, I have never blogged about my concerns and opinions of healthy physical and mental living. I have decided on the name RemainActive because not everything healthy for you physical being requires movement. Many things encompassing a healthy lifestyle are given to us in magazines, television, and everyday living as physical movement. This is false, the mental inactivity of healthy living is a degree of peace, happiness, and faith. I believe both inactivity and activity are 100% important for the body and mind.
Tip #1: It’s holiday season which involves family, fun, and FOOD. Don’t listen to the people who say that the holiday season is to indulge and figure out the resolution of losing weight for the new year. This is the time you need to be strong. This is not to say that you cannot say yes, please, enjoy yourself. Its about BALANCE and SELF CONTROL. Think and believe in your state of mind that you are capable of those two words. Maybe even repeat them to yourself to understand their power.
